Refund policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re here to help.

What to Do:

Please email us at sugarsippin@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • Customer provides return shipping & new shipping fee

 

Approved for Replacement?

If your request is approved and return received, we’ll send you payment instructions for the shipping fee. Once that fee is received:

  • Your replacement item will be processed
  • You can expect delivery within 1–2 weeks

We’ll notify you by email once the replacement has shipped.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
