  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the United States.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Our standard shipping rate is $5, and expedited shipping is available for $15. Please note that shipping rates may vary for orders, and all rates are automatically generated.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that carriers are currently experiencing delays with the scanning and delivery of packages due to various factors beyond our control. 

    If the tracking status does not update within the estimated delivery window of 4-7 business days from when it was processed, please contact Sugar Sippin for an additional update on your package.

    Please note that carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package during busier seasons. 

    If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact Sugar Sippin customer experience team at support@sugarsippin.com or assistance.

    What should I do if there are missing items in my order?

    If you receive a missing item, please contact us at support@sugarsippin.com within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and send you the correct product as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

  • Non-returnable due to food safety reasons

    We offer refunds only for items that are damaged due to our error or a manufacturer defect. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will only be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.

    If you receive a damaged product or are missing an item from your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Proof of damage must be submitted in the form of photographs.

    We do not offer returns or refunds on items unless the item was received damaged.

    We do offer exchanges for items under the following conditions:

    • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Items must be in original packaging and not used.
    • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with exchanges.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
